from one to ten persons with beautiful views of Lake
Michele. All units have fireplaces and firewood and
come complete with pots, pans, cooking utensils,

Cancellation Policy
Summer:
Haven North requires the
deposit of the first nights lodging for a nightly
stay, $100.00 for a weekly stay and payment in full
for a monthly stay in order to reserve a condo.
Cancellation policy is as follows: Nightly and weekly
stays can cancel up to twenty-one days in advance with
no penalty, after that they will forfeit the full
deposit. Monthly stays can cancel up to sixty days
with no penalty, after that they forfeit the full
deposit.

Cancellation
Policy Winter:
Haven North requires the
deposit of the first nights lodging in order to
reserve a condo. The cancellation policy is as
follows: Cancellation up to twenty-one days prior to
arrival will result in no penalty. Cancellation
between the tenth and thirtieth day will result in a
twenty-five dollar charge. Cancellation between the
tenth day and day of arrival will result in forfeiture
of the first nights lodging. Failure to cancel or show
up results in loss of entire stay.
